• maintain records of submissions for the Regional Awards Program.
• send record of submissions to webmaster for posting to regional website.
• solicit articles from the chapters in the Region.
• send newsletter to Regional Webmaster for posting to the Regional Website.
•may develop, organize and implement a Regional Scholarship/Honors Study Topic Project
• edit and produce the Regional newsletter.
• send receipt for articles to the chapters who have submitted to the newsletter.

Duties: Publish the Florida Region’s newsletter The Athenian at least four times per year between February and January. The Communications chapter is also expected to send an electronic copy of the newsletter to the Regional Webmaster for electronic distribution.
